It started with a manuscript written by my father about his early life and experiences, that laid unread since his death in 2001.
It expanded to include stories of other family and touched on genealogy.
In the process of putting these stories together I realised my imagination does not translate into creative or technical skills. So rather than an interactive, multimedia extravaganza that captures the imagination of 5 to 100 year-olds, we have a site firmly based in 21st blog etiquette.
Who knows, some clever person may be able to help. In the meantime enjoy the stories, bring your own and help answer that interminable question, “Where did I come from?”.
